Dr. Eric Nabors joined Mountainstate Orthopedic Associates, Inc., in September of 2016. He received his undergraduate degree in Biology at Haverford College in Haverford, Pennsylvania, and his medical degree at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine in Pittsburgh, Pa. Following medical school, he completed his residency in Orthopedic Surgery at Tufts University in Boston, MA.
Dr. Nabors is fellowship-trained in Spinal Surgery at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center in Pittsburgh, Pa. He was born in Indiana, Pa., and has been practicing in the greater Pittsburgh area for more than 20 years. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons and has been certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery and the Amercian Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons since 1997.
Dr. Nabors received the Mortimer Cohen Award for top score in Pathology from UPMC and is a Fellow American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, a member of the American Medical Association, Pennsylvania Medical Society, North American Spine Society, the Pennsylvania Orthopaedic Society, and has multiple published works.
